Ingredients

  • 1 kg Roughly Chopped Ripe Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar (it is added to balance the natural acidity of the tomatoes)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

How To Prepare?

  • Put all the ingredients in a non-stick pan.
  • Bring to a simmer.
  • Cook uncovered until mixture becomes completely soupy. This will take up to 25 minutes.
  • Cool the soup and store it in a container.
  • It can be stored for almost a week in the refrigerator.
