Mango is known as the king of fruits and we certainly do not need any reason to have it. Although it is high in calories, a mango is still loaded with plenty of nutrients which add to our health.

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Sized Alphonso Mangoes or any other Sweet variety that you prefer.
  • Half Cup Jaggery (optional)
  • Ice Cubes

How To Prepare?

  • Wash the mangoes.
  • Peel them and roughly chop into small pieces.
  • Put them in a blender and blend till you get a smooth pulp.
  • If the pulp isn’t sweet enough, add jaggery to it and give it a final blend.
  • You can even add milk.
  • Lastly, you can add ice cubes or refrigerate the juice itself, however, you like!
